About Us

The owner of the Product Request Center has been in the retail industry for over 15 years. He spent four of those years handling customer requests for a division of a major retail chain. During that time he handled over 15,000 requests. He realized that there was a need for a web site that could help people locate the products they couldn't find at their local store. The Product Request Center is the answer to that need.

Consumers can come to the Product Center and submit a request for a product. We will research that request and then email what we find back to the consumer. We do not compete against any retail store and we do not sell any products. However, we do charge a $5 fee to handle all requests.
